This page is for buying clamshell packaging: clear plastic clamshell blisters made of PET, in more than 100 sizes in stock. Clamshells are sold per box. For every stock size you can order a sample for 10 euro first, to test the fit with your own product before you buy a full box.
Clamshell packaging is a transparent plastic pack that consists of two halves joined by a hinge, which fold shut around your product. A clamshell blister is the same pack under another name. Ours are made of clear PET, so your product stays visible once the pack is closed.
More than 100 clamshell sizes are in stock. The table below shows the most ordered sizes in the UK. Each size has its own product page with the pieces per box and the price per piece.

Choose an inner size slightly larger than your product. The product name gives the inner size in mm as width x length x depth, and the depth decides how thick your product may be. The article number starts with the outer size: CS115105, for example, is 115 x 105 mm on the outside. A printed insert card fits on the raised base of the clamshell, so allow for the card when you measure.
Every standard clamshell has its own closure. Press the two halves together and the pack clicks shut. You can open and close it again as often as you like. Sealing is not needed. If you want protection against theft, you can seal the clamshell, for example with the ultrasonic clamshell sealer in our equipment range.
Our clamshells are made of transparent PET, which is recyclable. PET is a clear plastic that lets the product show through the pack.

Clamshells are sold per box. The number of pieces per box depends on the size and runs from 180 to 1,020. The product page of each size shows the pieces per box and the price per piece.
